Requirements
Minimum of 1 years of experience as an Master esthetician, with a strong focus on advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments.
Valid state license or certification as an esthetician.
Additional certifications or training in advanced aesthetic procedures, such as chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling.
Demonstrated proficiency in performing a wide range of skincare treatments and procedures.
In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their effects on various skin types and conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other aesthetic professionals.
