How Does A Nonsurgical Facelift Work?
When you arrive at NuMe Aesthetics for your appointment, we'll start by cleaning the target areas. We may give you a desensitizing cream to keep you comfortable during your procedure. During the Ultherapy treatment, a handheld device that focuses ultrasound energy will glide across your skin. Based on how many areas you're getting treated, your procedure can last about 1 – 2 hours. It's very common for your skin to look mildly pink and inflamed. You can apply cold packs and take an over-the-counter pain reliever to treat any pain and inflammation. You can apply makeup after your session and get back to your day as usual.
If you and our aesthetic professional choose the PDO thread lift procedure, we'll begin treatment by applying a local numbing agent before we place a fine needle into the skin to pull the threads from one part of your face to another, tugging on them to create a lifted look. The procedure takes anywhere from 20 – 30 minutes and is virtually pain-free. You will notice an immediate lift of the area, whether it's the face, the neck, the nose, the brow, the jowls, or any other body area; that lift is followed by collagen formation for the next 12 – 18 months, which is the usual duration of results.

I love Nume Aesthetics! I see Dr. Fung and have got lower face/neck RF microneedling + full face/neck lasering done and love my results. I’m 34 and grew up playing water polo in Southern California so my sun damage is pretty bad. My face was looking tired and sun-spotted. The microneedling and lasering really made my skin look refreshed and rejuvenated! Dr. Fung is awesome through the whole process. I was recommended to try the Opus Colibri treatment for skin tightening. However, after the procedure I developed noticeable brown patches under both cheekbones. At first, Vicky provided me with a set of creams, but they did not improve the condition. Afterwards, I received about three to four sessions of IPL repair, but there was no clear or systematic treatment plan. The patches on the right side of my face are still quite visible. Earlier this year, I reached out to Vicky again, but I have not received any response. I hope the clinic can take this feedback seriously and provide better support and solutions for future clients.In your response you said you have taken my case as priority, but I never heard from you after last year IPL. I messaged Vicky’s cell phone this year in March. So far I haven’t heard from you yet. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kevin Fung and his team at NuMe for well over a year. I completed a series of RF microneedling sessions this summer. The results were well above anything I could have hoped for. My skin is tighter, and more supple and my jawline is cut out beautifully. I recently had the opportunity to try their newest machine, the Lutronic XERF.
