"I’ve been seeing Dr. Kevin Fung and his team at NuMe for well over a year. I completed a series of RF microneedling sessions this summer. The results were well above anything I could have hoped for. My skin is tighter, and more supple and my jawline is cut out beautifully. I recently had the opportunity to try their newest machine, the Lutronic XERF. It boasts similar results as RF microneedling without the discomfort and downtime. It did not disappoint. I immediately noticed skin tightening day of. And over the past several weeks I have continued to see improvement in overall appearance and suppleness of my skin. Best part: no downtime and no significant aftercare. Just SPF, of course. Kevin takes incredible care to specifically cater your treatments to you so you end up with results well above expectations. Along the back of my jawline, it was slightly tender, but the cryogen cooling made it very comfortable overall.Even though I have sensitive skin, my skin tolerated the device very well. The doctor taught me how to hydrate my skin beforehand, which really helped maximize results. He explained everything clearly and demonstrated a deep understanding of the machine. No numbing was needed, and I felt completely at ease.I noticed instant lifting, and my results continue to improve as my collagen builds. "Great medspa. I’ve been seeing Jasmine for Botox and daxxify for the past year, and have been so happy with my results and overall experience! Since my first appointment, Jasmine has always been extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about services that fit my needs. She’s always well prepared and remembers what I’ve been getting each appointment so I can trust that I will have consistent results that I love. She has also always been so accommodating and communicative with scheduling. While I used to go to NuMe’s Seattle location, I visited its Bellevue location a few weeks ago because Jasmine moved to the Bellevue location. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Bellevue location is easier to find than the Seattle location, and the spa is just as clean and beautiful inside. The rooms in the Bellevue location are more spacious, which was a nice plus. I left feeling pampered and taken care of."

We were offered a drink while we waited for our service and then were given ample time to get wrapped up in a towel. I’ve never gotten a medical facial (but I have gotten a facial from a spa before) so this was a bit new to me. Vicky was so professional and kind as she walked me through each step she was doing and explaining why she was doing it. "As an MD myself, I don’t let any random person inject my face! I met with Dr. Kevin on the highest recommendation from a friend. The entire staff at NuMe was wonderful. As a first time Botox recipient (for prevention) Dr. Kevin was clear and helpful, recommending some areas for injection and additional treatments I could consider. I felt well taken care of and not pressured into doing anything I wasn’t comfortable with. The injection was quick and reasonable in terms of discomfort (it’s a needle so there’s some mild pain that ends quickly) and I was told what to expect for onset and adverse effects. A member of the staff followed up with me a few weeks later to check on me! The care I received was wonderful and I will certainly be returning in the future."
